Question by : i have a toshiba satellite c 655.which i spilled water on.? i have a toshiba satellite c 655.which i spilled water on.i have put it under the sun for 2 days to dry.it worked for 2 days just fine.on the thered day i got a black screen. but not totally since i can see some hints of the interface when i look sidewayse to the screen.and i can see text moving up and down when i scroll the page.but its verry dark almost totally black.I have pluged my desctop screen on my laptop and its working fine for now.how can i solve the black screen issue on the laptop?is it posible that its from the screen settings.if so how can i fix that? anys sujestions are welcome thank you all Best answer for i have a toshiba satellite c 655.which i spilled water on.?:

perhaps you turned the brightness way down?
I recently purchased the Toshiba Satellite C655-S5235 Laptop from Newegg. This is a video of me opening it for the first time and going through some of what's included with the Laptop as well as it's features. It uses the Intel Pentium B940 (2ghz) CPU, which uses the Sandy Bridge architecture. It comes with 4GB DDR3 Memory along with a 500 Gigabyte hard drive. It also comes with an SD Memory card reader in the front and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam. The webcam is actually much nicer than I expected. The sound isn't so great but laptop's aren't really known for their awesome sound quality. It's a 15.6 inch widescreen display with an LED backlight. It comes installed with Windows 7 Home premium 64bit and has a battery life of almost 7 hours, which is more than enough for what I need. I purchased this mainly for schoolwork. I don't plan on using it for gaming or anything heavy. This is definitely a great laptop. Hopefully it lasts me a while.
